Sumikama has been devoted to manufacturing high-quality and value-added kitchen knives since 1916 utilizing the traditional Japanese technique of swordmaking handed over by generations for over 780 years. We concentrate on developing our original kitchen knives with not only the distinct design but also with outstanding sharpness by fusing the traditional craftsmanship and leading-edge technology from the most advanced materials.
